Natre Consulting is an independent immigration, business consulting, bookkeeping, and business advisory firm. We are not a law firm, and our consultants do not provide legal representation or legal advice unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement with a licensed attorney.
To better serve our clients, Natre Consulting may collaborate or partner with licensed attorneys, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Enrolled Agents (EAs), and other qualified professionals when appropriate. Any legal or accounting services provided by these professionals are governed by their own separate engagement agreements and professional responsibilities.
Immigration Service Disclaimer
Natre Consulting assists clients with document preparation, application organization, procedural guidance, compliance support, and case management. Our role is to help clients submit complete, accurate, and well-organized applications in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency procedures.
No Guarantee of Approval
Retaining the services of Natre Consulting does not guarantee:
- Approval of any immigration petition, application, visa, or benefit;
- Approval of lawful immigration status or permanent residence;
- Approval of employment authorization, travel authorization, or citizenship;
- Expedited processing or favorable government action; or
- Any specific outcome in an immigration matter.
All immigration decisions are made solely by the appropriate U.S. government agency, including but not limited to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), or other governmental authorities.
Business Consulting Disclaimer
Business consulting services are provided for informational, strategic, and administrative purposes only. Recommendations are based on information supplied by the client and applicable business practices. Natre Consulting does not guarantee business formation approval, licensing approval, financing, tax outcomes, insurance coverage, profitability, or future business success.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete, truthful, and accurate information;
- Promptly supplying requested documentation;
- Reviewing all applications and supporting documents before submission;
- Notifying Natre Consulting of any changes affecting their case; and
- Understanding that omissions, misrepresentations, or inaccurate information may result in delays, denials, or other legal consequences.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Unless a client has separately retained a licensed attorney through a written legal representation agreement, communications with Natre Consulting do not create an attorney-client relationship, nor do they establish any legal privilege applicable to attorney-client communications.
Limitation of Services
Natre Consulting provides administrative support, consulting, and document preparation services designed to assist clients in complying with applicable procedures and documentation requirements. Our services are intended to facilitate accurate preparation and procedural compliance but should not be interpreted as legal advice or a prediction of any government decision.
Acknowledgment
By retaining Natre Consulting, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Legal Notice and Service Disclosure. The client further understands that no promises, guarantees, or warranties have been made regarding the outcome of any immigration, business, bookkeeping, tax, or consulting matter.
